Want to get your presents? Here are some rules for staying on the “nice” list:
- Buy a minimum of 500 JASMY tokens from December 28 – January 3
- HODL them at least through January 9
- We’ll choose and announce random winners by January 21
- Prize pool: $5,000 worth of JASMY
Contest Details
Every CEX.IO user who buys at least 500 JASMY tokens via Instant Buy or the Trade page, from December 28 to January 3, 2022, automatically participates in the $5,000 JASMY Buy & HODL contest. Users located in countries where JASMY is unavailable for CEX.IO trading are ineligible to participate.
The minimum time frame for HODLing in order to have a chance at the prize roll is through January 9. During this period, by buying even more JASMY, you’ll increase your chances of winning – up to $1,200 in JASMY tokens.
On January 3, 2022, at 00:00 UTC, we’ll take a snapshot of all participant balances.
We’ll count the total amount of JASMY tokens purchased since December 28. If you sold or withdrew your JASMY tokens before January 9, they will not count.
We’ll create a list of the top JASMY HODLers at the time of the snapshot. There will be four groups:
- Top 10 (places 1-10)
- Top 20 (11-20)
- Top 30 (21-30)
- Top 40 (31-40)
By January 21, we’ll randomly choose one (1) winner from each group with the following reward distribution:
- Top 10 winner – $1,200 JASMY
- Top 20 winner — $800 JASMY
- Top 30 winner – $700 JASMY
- And $500 JASMY goes to a Top 40 winner
The more JASMY you buy = the higher your rank = the better your chances to win the top prize.
Not ready to spend a lot of money on JASMY? No worries! You still have a chance to win!
It’s holidays time, and we want to share kindness and happiness. That’s why we’ll award an additional $1,800 JASMY. They will be distributed randomly amongst ALL eligible participants.
Three lucky HODLers will receive $600 each.
Terms
1. The contest runs from December 28 through January 9, 2022.*
2. The contest is available to all customers in countries where CEX.IO operates, with the exception of countries where JASMY is unavailable (the U.S. and Canada). The list of unsupported countries is here.
3. To qualify for the contest, the minimum amount you must buy is 500 JASMY tokens.
4. The last day you can buy JASMY and participate in the contest is January 3, 2021, at 23:59:59 UTC.
5. We’ll count all JASMY tokens purchased beginning December 28 through January 3, 2022, and held on your CEX.IO balance through January 9. We will not count tokens bought before December 28, as well as tokens sold or withdrawn before January 9.
6. Deposits are not counted, only instant purchases and trades via market and limit orders.
7. We’ll form the groups of Top HODLers depending on the amount of JASMY tokens bought during the promo period. The more tokens you buy and HODL, the higher your rank position.
8. We’ll take a snapshot of all participant balances on January 3.
9. We’ll announce winners by January 21, 2022.
10. The winners will receive prizes by February 2.
