Recently, our payment processor has changed their payment processing rules. According to them, new countries are now restricted for card payments. As a result, CEX.IO users from those countries will not be able to withdraw any fiat funds using their cards.

Please note that the introduced restrictions concern only withdrawals. Card deposits in USD, EUR, and RUB stay unaffected. So you still will be able to fund your CEX.IO account with your Visa or Mastercard as well as to pay for instant crypto purchases with your card.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this piece of news. Meanwhile, if you need to withdraw your funds from CEX.IO, you can use any other payment method available for your country. Alternatively, you can also convert your fiat funds in crypto and withdraw them in that manner.
